Due to the custom nature of our software development, UI/UX design, and digital marketing services, Powak Hub Limited does not offer standard refunds once work has commenced.
For recurring services, such as our Monthly Tech Maintenance, you may cancel your subscription at any time with a 30-day written notice. Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused retainer hours.
For large-scale development projects, payments are typically broken down into milestones (e.g., Discovery, Design, Development, Launch). Once a milestone is approved by the client and the corresponding invoice is paid, that payment is non-refundable.
If a project is canceled by the client before any actual work or strategy has begun, a refund may be issued minus an administrative processing fee. If Powak Hub Limited fails to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work detailed in your specific contract, a prorated refund will be negotiated based on the undelivered items.
